This place was a pleasure to work with. After being turned away from the closest bike shop in Congers, the guy there literally insulted me for trying to get my bike set up there. At 9W they took the challenge and delivered beyond my expectations. I came all the way up from New York City for build and it was totally worth it. Would go there again!
Feel free to go there if you are loaded with $$$ to get rip off with slow service. They will gladly provide the service for you.

Charge $6 for tube
Bought my bike there a few years ago and have brought it back for a few tweaks now and then. Always helped in a few minutes and no charge since I bought it there. Recently dropped it off for a complete overhaul. Charlie did a great job and did it quickly since he knew I was doing a triathlon the following weekend. Bike never shifted better and the creaking in the bottom bracket disappeared. Just bought my wife and son a bike there and as usual there was no strong sell from Tony. He made sure that all our ideas were covered and that we would be happy with the bikes. We were. Definitely the place to go if you want to feel that they want your business
Now they are under new management for 1 year and their service is just horrible!
